The Lucy Show - Lucy Dates Dean Martin (1966)
Lucy is set up on a date with Dean Martin's movie double Eddie Feldman. When Eddie can't make it because he's needed in a scene, Dean substitutes as him on the date. Throughout the evening, Lucy keeps telling him how much more talented he is than that lucky Dean Martin. To make matters worse, Dean/Eddie can't get a drink anywhere.

A love triangle occurs between the publisher’s daughter Betty Moody. comic book artist Tim Jones, and the company’s wily manipulative manager Hilton Payne. In addition, Betty’s dad, Phineas Moody suffers from severe melancholy; and an emergency cure of laughter is required to save his health.

Young vivacious Billie uses her charms on influential businessman Glenn Abbott in hopes of getting her secret fiancée Gil a diplomatic appointment. Meanwhile Gil’s affections meander to beautiful ingenue Kentucky, Billie’s best friend.

Harlem’s African-American population is being ripped off by the Rev. Deke O’Malley, who dishonestly claims that small donations will secure parcels of land in Africa.
