My name is Antonia. I'm a junior CRM manager here at Finc3 and I'm working here since

generally implement and optimize the whole CRM process for our clients. We research and implement new tools for them,

we set up automation strategies and we set up creative campaigns and design beautiful mails for them. So the

The goal is to increase the customer lifetime value of the customers for our clients. So we

want to increase their average order value and we do this by setting up automations and workflows.

I love to have a bit of creative flexibility. I like to create a beautiful mail within the scope of the

brand of course and to represent the brand in that email. So of course we work with

B2B and B2C clients. The B2B clients involve for example software as

a service providers or finance companies or something like that. And the B2C clients involve everything from a

small online shop to a bigger online shop. But first of all I would say that we also

do a lot of research and implementation for the clients. So if the client doesn't know which tool

is best or if we have a fresh client that starts new with us then we also

consult them on which tool works best. I would say I love the flexibility that you get

and also the trust and responsibility. It's very nice here everybody is super nice and even though we are over

We have regular company events. So it really doesn't feel like just a place to work but it's

a very nice company culture. I would say the most important thing is that you have a passion for

email marketing. So if you have a great eye for a nice email design and then I would say

the job is for you. If you also have a bit of technical affinity that would also be a plus

but not a must because you can also learn that on the job.
