When the fire alarm goes, you need to know who's on site, and a book at the gate is the first thing nobody fills in. In Arqor, put the job's QR code up at the gate. Everyone who comes on site scans it with their phone and signs in, with no app and no account: their name, and the firm they work for in three letters and a tap. In the office, the job's Site card shows who's on site today, which firm they're with and that they signed in on site, and the Map shows every job with people on it. Nobody reads a manual, and nobody wants to wait on a support line to find a button. In Arqor, press Ask Arti in the top bar and ask in your own words. The client has said yes. Now somebody has to turn the quote into a programme, stage by stage, before anyone can be booked. In Arqor, accept the quote and the job is marked as won. On the job's Programme, press Draft the programme: Arqor reads every line and labour day of the quote and drafts the stages in order, from your start date and your own crew, with what it assumed and what it left out. Put it on the chart, stretch the bars to suit, check the stages it marked amber, and press Update the plan so your team works to it. Share it when the client should see it too.
