and I am so very excited to be here with my next guest today She is an author and

she has written a book called Deuce D.E.U.S and I'm gonna put that up there so you can you

can see it cause you have to see So this is the book right here it's D.E.U.S. Children

and I I really got I have to find out what's going on with this cause this

looks like up my alley I absolutely love sci-fi and I am an avid book reader for

sure and I'm just so excited to have her on the show today so I wanna welcome her Her name

is Leor and I I don't wanna say her last name cause I might torture it cause

I'm very bad at last names but Leora is a beautiful name and I wanna welcome her

to the show Thank you so much for joining me from Israel Hello so So I wanted to

know you know there's so many different reasons why people start writing books you know and

not everybody does it either I mean there's just some people that just don't write a book even though

they they could but what was it that made you start I mean what was that

thing that says oh I gotta write this Uh in general um the first thing

that came to mind was like probably a dream that I had like one night and I just

like I need to write this For this book and then it like took a few years to actually

finish it I got you I got you What inspired the core promises of the gods being

abused in science creating modified humans sent to war I mean what what just just dream OK

this this had to be a dream Um the main inspiration would be funnily enough 1984

inspired me to like try and Both have fantasy and sci-fi combined and like see how the people

that grow up in those types of systems how do they think what their trauma how do they

build their life from that trauma Oh my gosh that is so cool Like OK you gotta tell me

the dream Did it wake you up I mean how deep was this dream for you to actually

it was very deep It was very deep It was Tell me about it It's like um

the dream while I don't remember it now it felt real it felt like something that I

need to write down and Record it basically Mm mm mm It was very very deep I

just Uh it it was to the point that I didn't wake up at all It just felt real Wow

you tend to have real dreams That is too cool OK especially you dreaming sci-fi

I mean you seriously dreaming sci-fi When did you say fantasy both both at the same time I I have

quite um Quite this like physical dreams that it just when I opened my eyes it's just wait

this shit didn't happen Oh my gosh no OK so wait so how did you come

up with your powers or was that part of the dream I mean what part of the

dream was not in the dream that you wrote in the book Um Mainly constructing the

characters all three of them and like 2 more extra um the all three of them are

kind of different parts of who I am but also to the extreme of What what personality they have

uh those are the types that I didn't have in the dream but I basically visualize

them as I drew them I did draw them but those are like more doodles

than uh something that I would put in the book I hear you Wow That is amazing

I mean I I I don't dream like that so I wish I did because then I would be

like writing books like him I mean like crazy So OK so each character has their own power How did

you how did you kind of do do they complement each other Do they kind of clash at times They

complement their partners OK Each of them has a partner that they complement as either the opposite or like basically

a concept that you Um it's like when they they start negative as a as a source and then they

change for the For the person that they want to be Mhm wow And so you do have like distinct

territories in your book like Western Unity Southern Empire How did that come about I

mean because I know that you said that the dream didn't have a lot Again it's similar to the

idea of 1984 Wow OK I got you I got you And Pangaea in a way and Pangaea like uh

the continent OK Alright I would actually literally have nightmares if somebody told me that that

was my dream When you woke up did you immediately know that you had to write this

or did it take time for you to kind of grasp the subject I mainly immediately wrote like

this schematics of the characters like how how their personality what they what they want them

to be and drew them OK And you have like you have like myth and science in

there I mean is there real science or is there like just the science I wouldn't say it's real science

It's more like fantasy level science because they merge um legendary beasts with with DNA of

humans Mythical beasts and like stuff that is like This is crazy I love it Yeah

I can imagine I I think I literally did That is so so freaking cool That is just cool

I'm sorry I mean you got you got me geeking out on you I have like like prequel and

one sequel in the making Oh my gosh OK so OK so there's like like there's like features of time

looping and stuff in there Tell me about the book Tell me the loop because it's like

a lot Yeah the time looping is basically something that happens with a separate character that

finally got free of their own cycle And that's how the cycle finally broke for every

type of loop that happened Wow And OK so the the three of them are considered heaven's curse

Uh heavenly beasts yes heavenly beasts OK so tell me I mean the theory and all of that

behind it you know you said it took you a few years to actually do it When you looked at

it and it was completed did did you did you have to live it while you did

it I mean how did you come I mean I know oh my gosh While I wrote I literally felt

what the characters felt I did like the like uh the research of how the how like the

extreme types of mental disorders affect them so I it similarly kind of affected me

too Real life situations If any did you chat did you challenge yourself to write in this book

Um I mainly just oh I have this idea I will jot it down oh I have

this idea for like a chapter I will jot it down stuff like that it's just like Very very

like you can say sometimes impulsive sometimes quote unquote forced so I can actually finish the book I got

you I got you And who in this book is more like you Um the most similar would be

the first character you meet the red one She's um She suffered quite a bit similar to what

I have In a way of Sexual assault Well I'm so sorry Yeah I'm so sorry I I mean

I don't I don't know many women who haven't Unfortunately that's depressing It is and

I have and majority of my friends have as well So you know I I commend you for actually tackling

that because that's hard like that particular character is timid and like people pleasing to the

extreme and um Basically denies herself her own freedoms for Like Quite a bit She like denies

herself freedom because she never got the option to have it Wow Wow that is

absolutely crazy but that is a serious part of the book you know uh mental issues did you

challenge yourself to write any of those in there I know you just said some

of them but what were they Um in case of like the In case of

uh the red lizard girl uh she had the opposite of me she became hypersexualized like she became more like

offered herself to give herself to the higher ups basically Uh the The guy the golden guy he became an

alcoholic and to deny himself pain and um Like To feel anymore his guilt his shame his Overconfidence that

costed him So he became like similar to smiling depression and during when he's like drinking he's like

He's like completely numb Wow And uh the third would be Unmedicated like uncare basically uncaring

but still very charismatic He has a team to basically sabotage anything that he can sabotage

under the sea at least Oh my gosh wow wow That must have taken you back to some certain

situations in your life How did you deal with that How did how did that did that help heal you

a little bit It healed me to see to write down how they grow out

of those traumas out of the desperation of living what they suffered from not living like Improving themselves yeah

yeah And did you improve yourself as you began writing because it because they improved during my writing I

healed myself and I think I I improved Yeah I mean it's like therapy with the with

my own characters yeah definitely and you can't you know going through that you know I could

I could see that that could possibly take you back to those same time frames and

situations but also give you that healing Uh that you probably need it so much

That's probably why you dreamed about this So that is kind of cool Like it's like go ahead It's like

I had continuous dreams Sometimes I have continuous dreams of the story So when I wake up I write those

down You are just too blessed OK That is I I I I can't do that Like I'm I'm sporadic

I I don't have like continual dreams of something I need what you got So when people

read this and if they did read this what do you want them to take away

when they finish this book and also you do have the other uh the other books coming

soon right Uh it will take a while but I am working on it I just am

swamped with work and I am I need to sit down and write like the schematics

for both books I need to start with one and then do another And it's chaotic but I I really

feel like I need to make it happen because It's like it's like a whole like multiverse of

characters not specifically just this world there are multiple uh universe like dimensions of Of I yeah

dimensions yeah like worlds yeah different galaxies worlds and stuff like that I got you I got you I

got you and that's more like cosmic ideas compared to um I mean it's uh it's a bit complicated

to explain but they're like But there are gods beyond those three for example I got you and they're

gods so they could jump from like anywhere anything to be anything to be anybody whatever They were they were

born incomplete and the moment that they found their other half they they Not just necessarily one half

it's like To complete themselves they had to get out of the situation they were already

in I got you I got you wow So when people read this will it help heal them and

also entertain them I sure hope so because I had a lot of fun writing it That must

have been great and I and I I think you did because this this seems like it's an amazing book

and it's got all of the the pieces in there that a lot of reality has but

also fantasy but also sci-fi So that's like everything I mean that's just like to me

that's everything I need That's it So oh my gosh is there anything that we

missed today that you'd like to say to the listeners Um You are never alone

you will find yourself After you actually can understand after you understand yourself you can heal yourself and

you can show it to the world That was beautiful That was beautiful I am

ellos ellos podrían pero ¿qué fue lo que te hizo empezar? Quiero decir, ¿qué fue eso?

cosa que dice oh tengo que escribir esto Uh en general um lo primero

Eso que me vino a la mente fue probablemente como un sueño que tuve una noche y simplemente...

Como si necesitara escribir esto para este libro y luego me tomó algunos años hacerlo realmente.

termínalo te tengo te tengo Lo que inspiró las promesas centrales de los dioses siendo

abusado en la ciencia creando humanos modificados enviados a la guerra. Quiero decir, ¿qué? ¿Qué? Solo sueña, ¿de acuerdo?

Esto tuvo que ser un sueño. Um, la inspiración principal sería curiosamente 1984.

Me inspiró a probar y ambos tienen fantasía y ciencia ficción combinadas y me gusta ver cómo la gente

que crecen en ese tipo de sistemas ¿cómo piensan cuál es su trauma? ¿cómo lo hacen?

construyen su vida a partir de ese trauma Oh Dios mío, eso es genial. Vale, tienes que decírmelo.

el sueño ¿Te despertó? Quiero decir, ¿qué tan profundo fue este sueño para ti en realidad?

Fue muy profundo Fue muy profundo Fue Cuéntamelo Es como um

El sueño, aunque no lo recuerdo ahora, se sintió real, se sintió como algo que yo...

Necesito escribirlo y grabarlo básicamente Mm mm mm Fue muy muy profundo.

Simplemente Uh, fue hasta el punto que no me desperté en absoluto. Simplemente se sintió real. ¡Guau!

Sueles tener sueños reales. Eso es genial, ¿de acuerdo? Especialmente si sueñas con ciencia ficción.

Quiero decir, ¿en serio estás soñando con ciencia ficción? ¿Cuándo dijiste fantasía, ambas, ambas al mismo tiempo? Yo... tengo...

Bastante um Bastante como sueños físicos que justo cuando abrí los ojos es solo esperar

Esta mierda no pasó. Oh, Dios mío, no. Está bien, espera, ¿cómo llegaste?

¿Apareciste con tus poderes o eso fue parte del sueño? Quiero decir, ¿qué parte del sueño?

El sueño no estaba en el sueño que escribiste en el libro. Um. Principalmente construyendo el

personajes los tres y como 2 más extras um los tres son

tipo de diferentes partes de quién soy pero también hasta el extremo de qué personalidad tienen

Uh, esos son los tipos que no tenía en el sueño, pero básicamente los visualizo.

Los dibujé como los dibujé, pero son como más garabatos.

Entonces, ¿algo que pondría en el libro? ¡Guau, eso es increíble!

Quiero decir, yo no sueño así, así que desearía hacerlo porque entonces estaría...

Me gusta escribir libros como él, quiero decir, como un loco. Bueno, entonces cada personaje tiene su propio poder. ¿Cómo?

¿Cómo es que lo hicieron? ¿Se complementan? ¿A veces chocan?

complementar a sus parejas OK Cada uno de ellos tiene una pareja a la que complementan ya sea como el opuesto o como básicamente

un concepto que tú Um es como cuando ellos comienzan siendo negativos como una fuente y luego ellos

cambiar para la persona que quieren ser Mhm wow Y entonces tienes como distinto

Humanos, bestias míticas y cosas así. Esto es una locura, me encanta. Sí.

Puedo imaginarlo, creo que literalmente lo hice. Eso es tan, tan genial. Eso es simplemente genial.

Lo siento, quiero decir, me tienes, me tienes entusiasmado contigo. Tengo como una precuela y...

Una secuela en desarrollo Oh, Dios mío. Bueno, bueno, bueno, hay características del tiempo.

bucles y esas cosas ahí Cuéntame sobre el libro Cuéntame el bucle porque es como

Mucho. Sí, el bucle temporal es básicamente algo que sucede con un personaje separado que...

Finalmente se liberaron de su propio ciclo. Y así fue como el ciclo finalmente se rompió para todos.

Uh bestias celestiales sí bestias celestiales OK entonces dime, me refiero a la teoría y todo eso

Detrás de esto, sabes que dijiste que te tomó algunos años hacerlo realmente. Cuando miraste

Y se completó, ¿lo hiciste? ¿Lo hiciste? ¿Tuviste que vivirlo mientras lo hiciste?

Quiero decir, ¿cómo llegaste? Quiero decir, lo sé, oh Dios mío. Mientras escribía, literalmente me sentí.

Lo que sintieron los personajes me gustó, me gustó la investigación de cómo me gustó.

Los trastornos mentales extremos los afectan, así que a mí me afectó de manera similar.

El primer personaje que conoces es el rojo. Ella es... Ella sufrió bastante, similar a lo que...

He tenido una especie de agresión sexual. Bueno, lo siento mucho. Sí, lo siento mucho. Quiero decir.

No conozco a muchas mujeres que no lo hayan hecho. Desafortunadamente, eso es deprimente. Lo es y

Yo y la mayoría de mis amigos también, así que te felicito por abordar este problema.

Eso es porque es difícil, ese personaje en particular es tímido y le gusta complacer a la gente.

uh la chica lagarto rojo uh ella tenía lo opuesto a mí se volvió hipersexualizada como si se volviera más como

se ofreció a entregarse a los superiores básicamente Eh el chico el chico dorado se convirtió en un

alcohólico y negarse a sí mismo el dolor y eh Como sentir más su culpa su vergüenza su exceso de confianza que

Le costó. Entonces se volvió algo así como una depresión sonriente y cuando estaba bebiendo, era como...

Está como completamente entumecido. Vaya. Y el tercero sería "Sin medicación", como si no le importara, básicamente sin importarle.

pero sigue siendo muy carismático. Tiene un equipo para básicamente sabotear cualquier cosa que pueda sabotear.

Al menos bajo el mar Oh Dios mío, vaya, vaya Eso debe haberte llevado de regreso a algún momento determinado

situaciones en tu vida ¿Cómo lidiaste con eso? ¿Cómo hiciste eso? ¿Eso te ayudó a sanar?

Un poquito me curó ver escribir como crecen

de esos traumas por la desesperación de vivir lo que sufrieron por no vivir como Mejorarse si

Sí. ¿Y te mejoraste a medida que comenzaste a escribir? Porque ellos mejoraron durante mi escritura.

Me curé y creo que he mejorado. Sí, quiero decir que es como una terapia con el...

Mis propios personajes, sí, definitivamente, y no puedes, sabes, pasando por eso, sabes que podría.

Podría ver que eso podría posiblemente llevarte de regreso a esos mismos períodos de tiempo y

situaciones pero también te dan esa sanación que probablemente necesitas tanto

Probablemente por eso soñaste con esto. Eso es genial. Es como "adelante". Es como

Tuve sueños continuos A veces tengo sueños continuos de la historia Entonces cuando me despierto los escribo

abajo Eres demasiado bendecido OK Eso es, no puedo hacer eso Como si fuera, soy esporádico

No tengo sueños continuos de algo. Necesito lo que tú tienes. Así que cuando la gente...

Te tengo y eso es más como ideas cósmicas en comparación con um quiero decir que es uh es un poco complicado

para explicar pero son como Pero hay dioses más allá de esos tres por ejemplo te tengo a ti y son

dioses para que pudieran saltar de cualquier lugar cualquier cosa para ser cualquier cosa para ser cualquiera lo que fuera Ellos eran ellos eran

nacieron incompletos y en el momento en que encontraron su otra mitad ellos ellos no necesariamente solo una mitad

Es como si para completarse tuvieran que salir de la situación en la que ya estaban.
