Okay, here I am with our Inner Circle expert.

    She's a Shopify expert.

She's a coach inside of the Inner Circle,

and she works one-on-one with so many of our clients,

    right from start-up stores,

all the way to multi seven figure stores.

So, when I asked Claudia to put together five of the

apps that she thinks every store owner needs,

because it will create more profit in your business,

you went Claudia and selected five apps for us.

And we're gonna start with number one,

    which is Judge.Me.

    So, you chose Judge.Me,

and I bet you lots of the people who are watching

    this might already have Judge.Me,

but what I also think is that most of them aren't

    using it to its potential.

So, let's talk about what Judge.Me

    is if you don't know.

    Yeah. Well,

Judge.Me is an app that collects and displays product reviews and

    with those star ratings.

So, the benefit of it is that it builds trust and

    boosts sales with social proof,

    right? We all read reviews,

whether we're shopping for products or going traveling.

    Where, you know,

we, we read the reviews first to find out and help

    us make that purchase decision.

    For Sure.

It's good at converting new customers,

    like converting the unconverted.

    Yes, absolutely.

    That last little push.

    So that's great.

    And so,

    it really solves the problem.

    If you have a store,

    you've got,

    you've got some traffic,

but you think your conversion rate is really low,

this is something you can use to really increase your conversion

rate by getting more of those new people,

people who don't know you so well.

To actually get the information they need and the trust to

go ahead and hit the buy button.

So, let's talk about who this is for,

    like who should use this?

    Well, I think any,

this will be the first app that I would get for

    a store,

whether you're a startup or an established store that hasn't been,

    you know,

doesn't have an app yet to get reviews.

But from the very get go,

you wanna start gathering those reviews so you can build up

    that, you know,

    library of reviews for,

    you know,

    on your product pages for,

    you know,

for, for that trust and credibility.

Ah, Let's talk about why it's important to our store owners.

    I mean,

obviously we know that it's gonna convert more people,

but there are other things that you can do with it,

like some of the additional benefits.

And one of them you said was automatically posting your reviews.

So you can set it up,

you can do a lot of automations actually in Judge.Me,

can you just share what the main ones are,

    what you would,

what you would set up for a client?

Yeah, so well automatically requesting the reviews and then,

    you know,

    there are various features if,

    you know,

    so many days,

    if they haven't,

    you know,

    sent the review,

    you can request again,

if they have sent a review but not a,

not a video or an image with it.

    Automatically it can ask them.

You can incentivize people to thank them for giving reviews by

    automatically sending them a coupon.

The sharing on social media of reviews that come in,

there's an SEO factor for displaying reviews in Google search results

    and just collecting those testimonials,

the images and video that you can reuse on social and

    email marketing.

Yeah, and also you have the option to get firsthand feedback

    from your customers.

    I mean,

    that's super important.

    So, it helps you know,

    you know,

    what people's experiences with their,

    with your products,

    whether there's improvements to make,

whether they're looking for new options for with your products or

    different products.

Yeah, so you can automate asking for a review,

    you can automate a reminder,

you can automate asking for an image with the review,

and you can also automate the posting of reviews and you

can decide at what level you want to post,

but that those can be automatically posted to your social media

    for you.

So, that's content for social media.

    That's great.

Yeah. I know you are working with a couple of customers

because I think you really need to use this app to

the max to get the full ROI on it.

And I know you're working with a couple of clients who

    are using their Judge.Me

reviews in some ways that actually are making them more sales.

    And so I'm,

I'm going to ask you to share your screen and just

    show us really,

    what's possible with this app.

    Okay. Claudia,

this looks like a Google search.

    Is that what this is?

    It is.

    It's a search result page.

And what I'm showing here is a search for a beading

loom and one of our inner circle members Jewels,

Julianna, she has the cells beading loom.

And as you can see on this page,

    the five star rating,

    you know,

it, the yellow stars just kind of jump out on the

    page. And of course,

actually this listing comes first on the page,

    so that helps too.

But that star review is pulled in from her Shopify store

    via the Judge.Me

app, and Google has chosen to display it on this search

    result page for beading,

    for bead looms.

    So this just is a,

    and then it shows there,

    there, you know,

that's pulled from her Shopify store,

    that information.

    And so,

    so yeah.

Did she have to do anything extra other than start collecting

reviews to have make this happen?

So, we have to be collecting reviews and then there's an

    option in the Judge.Me

    settings to sync with your,

with what's called the schema data that is in your theme,

so that the stars are available for Google to grab.

There's no guarantee that Google will grab and display them,

    but they're there.

    And so,

    you know,

you're set and in position to have them.

I think I read once on,

    you know,

Google's site that they say that there needs to be at

least 50 product reviews in your site,

be on your store before they will start considering them for

displaying on search engine result pages.

    But, of course,

if you set up all the automations and you're vigilant about

    the, the reminders,

it doesn't take that long to get 50 ribbons.

    It doesn't take long.

And if you've been in business a little while,

    another feature of Judg.Me

is when you first get started with them,

you can send the review request to your last six months

    of customers.

Wow. So often if someone's been in business for a while

and we send out that review request,

    you know,

they can get a whole bunch of reviews right from the

    get go.

    Yeah. Yeah.

    What I wanted to,,

just to note for everyone who's watching this is that: think

    about your own behavior,

    because now this is not,

    I wasn't looking for a beading loom,

but I do look often for recipes online,

and I always click on the ones that have a decent

    number of reviews,

and they're four and a half or five star reviews.

And so that is how we're conditioned to make selections.

And so to have this that you can just set up

    to automatically publish,

make those stars available to Google,

    that's like free advertising.

    It sure is.

It just enhances your visibility for sure.

    Yeah. Now,

you also have an example you wanted to show of one

of your clients using their Judge.Me

    reviews inside of their email.

Do you wanna share that with us?

    Yeah, absolutely.

So, let me see if I can find which one.

    It's, so this,

    this is a,

a weekly campaign that was sent out by Acorns & Twigs,

and these images are just pulled directly from Judge.Me.

    And these are the,

    you know,

the actual reviews that these people left for these three products.

So, your customers have the option of adding an image or

    a video to their review,

and then they get displayed on your store along with the

reviews. But you can just go into the app and you

    can just search,

search for the images that people have left within the app,

save the image to your desktop,

    pop it into an email,

and add a little intro and outro to it,

    and boom,

    you've got a campaign.

    And then I've just,

    you know,

this, this particular one got sent out in August and super

    high open rate.

    Oh yeah.

Very high click rate and you know,

generated a couple thousand dollars worth of revenue for testimonials.

    I think people like testimonials,

    they wanna look,

maybe see if their testimonial is featured,

    you know,

    as well as seeing what,

    you know,

    what other people who,

    you know,

    we're, we're community-minded people,

right? We wanna see what other people think about products that,

    you know,

    that we're,

    we're purchasing too.

    So, yeah.

    Really good.

    So then I have a,

I have a question for you.

I just want everyone to onboard that even if you have

    Judge.Me already,

make sure you take the time to use it to its

    full potential.

But I guess there are so many review apps available to

us. And so for you as you know,

the Shopify expert who gets to see the results and behind

the scenes with so many stores,

    why is Judge.Me

    your favorite?

    Why is that,

    because we aren't affiliates,

we don't earn any money from promoting these apps,

but why do you think it's the best review app?

Well, there's a couple reasons why I think it is the

best. And I've had experience with quite a few of the

    other apps.

One of them is they have extraordinary customer service and fast

    customer service.

They pretty much have someone available by chat at all times,

    right within the app.

    And also,

even though it has probably one of the most features of

    an app,

    it's also the least expensive,

    which sounds crazy,

    but it is.

So, they have a free option.

    So, you know,

if you're just getting started and you just want to send

you, you have very limited features available,

but you can definitely get started and start gathering up those

reviews. But their highest tier is $15 a month and is

all the features that they have.

And comparable apps for the full feature option can run anywhere

from $40 to over $150 a month for the same features

    that you get in Judge.Me.

    So, you know,

    the cost,

    the, you know,

the amazing reasonable cost plus they're super fast customer service.

    It's a,

    it's a no-brainer.

    It really is.

    That's great.

So, thank you so much because think about that guys,

    even if you get,

are getting hundreds of reviews a month,

    it's still only $15.

And what I want you to take away from this is:

okay, how could I make sure,

    number one,

that I'm collecting more reviews using Judge.Me

and you can set up automations.

    And number two,

how can I take that content that I'm getting from my

reviews and use it so that it's posting on social for

    me, giving me more content?

And then I can bring that into my,

    my e-commerce platform.

Because you can see I love Jen who owns Acorns &

Twigs. She is so good at sharing information.

She has a high volume store and she's built a great

business. But to think that that content was already there for

her and it generated all those sales is,

    that's a huge win.

    That's a huge ROI.

And just think like how many people saw that,

    and thought okay,

    I'm buying this for sure.

    And yeah,

if they hadn't been a customer,

    they wouldn't hit buy.

    So, that's great.

    So, let's move on.

We're going to see you in the next recording and we're

going to go on and share Claudia's number two pick with

    you.
