is day 4 and I am doing pretty good I'm finding ways of finding motivation

so I'm discovering that if I could find something that I can look forward to and go

for it that it increases the likelihood that I will work out what I was just

talking about motivation so on my walk today I'm planning on going to the playground and I'm

just going to horse around you know play with the Rings go down the slide I don't know

a grown-ass man doing that that is one hell of an exercise remember when we were doing

that when we were younger we didn't think anything of it we just go to the

playground and we jump on the swings have fun with our friends what happened to

those days I tell you what happened we got older but we started looking at other things and I'm

going to I'm just gonna Adventure I'm going to play on the playground and you're going to get

to see it if you look behind me there are adults playing with their dogs in

this park and I'm not caring about what they would think about me jumping on a slide and

playing at a playground
