I am Mei. I am working as a Business Analyst at Finc3 Commerce. I started actually on February this

year, so almost for eight months. So and right now supporting the BI-team.

Actually the thing that I am doing is developing reports and we are working with Power BI

together with Microsoft power BI. The basic thing is a client wants to see how the revenue

is running. How good are your sales and if it's not good you want to

find out why and you can use a report to see the performance of how your

sales were or are currently. And we have a specific report called Sponsored Ads report and we are

also like transferring the data and the performance of a specific campaign on this sponsored ads

report and for our clients, but also internally, to see how the performance of a specific campaign is.

We have different areas in our BI-team. We have like the business analyst, like me,

but we also have like Software Developer and our software developer are the people who are

doing all that programming stuff and doing everything behind those data that we are using and

they provide us everything that we need for our reports. Having a chat together but also

like goofing around and it's like very funny to work with them because we are very small like not a

huge team and we feel like a family working together. It feels like you know each

other for a long time even when you work like remotely together. When you are here at the office for

the first time you always have like the feeling that you are very welcome

and also you feel like very confident and comfortable with the atmosphere here. It feels like right being here

I feel like I am at the right place at the right time here and that's different

from the previous work that I had. I have the perfect onboarding I guess if I can say

that, because I learned a lot I practice a lot, but I guess it also depends on

yourself. If you're willing to do that you can achieve everything that you want to do

in the future. If I would recommend someone to work with the BI-team, you can do whatever

you did in the in the past. You can also like study economics or like something

in the IT, because we have people and also colleagues who are like coming from different backgrounds.
