If you have a list for long enough you may notice there are some inactive subscribers that did not

even open your emails You can check this statistic in a weber but you do not know how

to remove the unresponsive leads So in this video I'm going to show you how to remove these inactive

subscribers When you're in your user panel page Hover over the subscribers tab and click on manage subscribers

in the drop down menu Once you're in the page you'll see the box with

some drop down menus to find out the inactive subscribers hover over the select field and

click on it You will see some options in the menu scroll down to the bottom and select no

opens You will see some changes have happened to the other Drop down menu If you

want to filter out those who did not open your email in the past 30 days

Key in the date exactly 30 days ago In this case I'll put the first of

july after this Be sure to add another search term by clicking the plus button and then

select the field date added Then choose the same date you've selected just now This will ensure that the

new subscribers that have not yet opened your email after the date won't be lumped together with the rest of

the inactive subscribers Once you've done this click the search button wait for a moment for it to filter your

list then scroll down to see the list This is a rather new list So nothing shows up

But just to show you how to do this once you've decided which subscribers to remove put

the mark on the subscribers that you wish to delete Once you're done click the delete button to remove them

from your list permanently and that's all there is to it Thanks for watching the video
