Hello Welcome and thank you for choosing this course in this video I'm going to show you how to

create a web form in get response You will need a web form to capture the leads in

your landing page so how to create a web form can be said to be one of

the most important parts that you can't miss out on when you are in your get response user panel You

will see the web forms button here on this page click on the create new button Once the

page is loaded you could start to design your sign up form choose one of the templates provided

and customize it according to the theme of your landing page Usually I will choose

the one with the orange subscription button I'm going to use this one as my example

click on the template you want and choose the color scheme accordingly and then click on the apply

button You can customize it or use it as it is However usually I will choose to

customize it and make it look as simple as possible First look at the bottom menu bar in the

box disable the header footer privacy and powered by and then change the background color to

transparent with the transparent background You can paste this sign up form on your landing page and

it will match the color scheme of your website background So you don't have to worry about your

sign up for um looking out of place you can resize the bar and there you go

with your sign up form click on the next step button to move on it

will lead you to the settings page edit your form's properties First give your formal name In

this example I will type I am how to form and then click on the next step

button Once you're done with the settings and there you go Your sign up form is

successfully saved Here we come to the final step to decide on who will publish the web form

to your website As you can see there are three options here I will install my web form My web

designer will install my web form and get response will host my web form If you

choose to install the form by yourself click onto the button and you'll see a javascript code copy

and paste the code to your landing page If you need to pass the code

to your web designer click on it and then fill in the email address of your

web designer and the message you want to leave for your designer And lastly if you wish to have

get response host your page click on that option and you'll see a link that is where get response will

host your form
