good morning everyone something we're going to learn about spiritual alignment is that it is an

ongoing thing what would be really nice to think is that we can just kind

of connect with heavens love one day take a little bit of meditation and that's it

everything it's a happily ever after unfortunately it's not like that but this group is going to

help us to look after each other and to help us stay in that place I'm going to do

a very short meditation with you and also I want to say specially for those who are brand

new to the group I'd love to link up with you one to one we need to get to know

each other a little bit better and the reason that this is important is because you're all

unique you're all special your worlds are unique and the things you've been through our unique and

so to a line with heavens love and to get into that flow it's going to

be about healing it's going to be about relationship and you'll have the support of this group

so just before I go because I'm busy like you I'm going up to our

Café and in a few moments well actually I've got Zoom another group move the zoom meditation

before this but you're busy as well but just take a few moments to meditate
