the partnership program I probably will rebrand it or rename it to the legacy program right Sounds better Legacy program

Right And then there will be another aspect There should be another aspect of where one of the

service could be once everything is running properly of um adds element So if you're on the ads that

could be another element right And another aim could be later on down the line It could be um like

a high level things I've done for you Services could be safe For example don't generate

or use the affiliate link for example the legacy link right They get their cut It could be 50% So

now it becomes very easy for you to make high tech yourself Uh huh So these things

this model forget it doesn't need to just be element You can take this and put it anywhere right It's

the same thing that you know we've gone through We explain time and time again But the

main thing is have your engine in place and I always say this even you

know this game before have your things ready There's no point opening the floodgates of traffic when

you don't even have a page ready or in place I mean where are they going

What you're getting out of it Is it just then it just becomes ego or pride that hey look I'm

just posting for the sake of post in my head I'm like if I don't post them you know I

need it and who's gonna know and then you know I need to be ready for them Like

you're leaving money on the table you're literally leaving money on the table It's ridiculous Imagine there's people coming through

and they're opting in now They're opting in right There's nothing stopping any single one of you offering

A membership recurring amount for $5 Let's just say $5 Everybody comes in $5 They come

into your private facebook group private facebook group And then from that you're gonna you're gonna go through your

content So it's a paid subscription within facebook itself right $5 is nothing The main aim is $5 can later

on when you build it you can go up to $10.15 dollars But if you have an affiliate program

let's just say for example LME they are that's your you could create your team Does

that make sense So you're getting paid upfront where you're getting compensated for your time now per

person that's coming in What So these are the things you know you've got to think outside the box

and you think how can I maximize it But first once you've got the basics in place

that you can if you can master the basics during the rest becomes easier because now you know traffic and

conversions are you know two main things you have to get people coming into your page

first Um So what I'm gonna do for this next week I'm gonna start building out

a brand new lead magnet for LME for example and then hopefully if I get that

done by next week I'm going to break down and I'll bring it on next week I'll break

down why I've done it a certain way and what it should do technically it should lead to a a

recorded webinar or a three part video series Either one or the other one wrong video one

webinar type training video or you know it could be it could be a hybrid stimulated webinar

So it's not it's a recorded webinar where we can make it clear to attendees that hey look this

is a to the audience that I'm looking for If you give the book there's

so much in there like you need sometimes people want a short report like 10 20

pages that's so specific to what is that They want the digital marketing aspects You number one let's say the

book you've got an angle of how to create a launch your own digital product number to attack those different

angles and give those away as a lead magnet that then flows back into whatever

whether it's LME or you find a new book sorry any other affiliate programs so on and so forth

Another another way Um again you've heard has anyone heard of launched Jacking Yeah no

launch Jackie Yeah it's all your doing You know you know we've got all of

these launches that are going on for example munchie now you you you essentially you

can siphon off traffic from those launches where you can make review videos essentially divert traffic away

from it Said look here's the video on that But you can say hey here's a free here again Here's

a free e book with the missing component or what they haven't given you how to really make

money from it Alright So it can be short video after I've done this before where I've given away the

missing video training that they haven't given you Right So they opt in now Yeah they're gonna buy

anyway because they've come to your link so they can make an affiliate sale and then they

get they get on your list because if you send them directly they're not getting on your list Yeah the

vendors getting the list Right So your main thing is I've always said build that

list So now that not only are you building your list you're also making permissions from

that sale and then later on you're gonna re market to that list you're gonna build a relationship with that

list um for lME whatever it is that you want to do But basically you

want to make a return now that that should be the main thing trying to

make it as much as recurring as possible where it lifts the weight off your shoulders So

it's easy So I can see joe is meditating about that right now is really

visualizing that which is good to see what webinar to do you suggest Um Well it's interesting that those components

would be sometimes when you don't speak you let there's there's that you know that unease you don't say anything

about the other person Just sort of demonstrated We mentioned this last week If you're doing high

ticket selling or anything like that And especially when you when you say Okay it's

going to be $3,000 then you don't speak you don't say anything and you have to wait until the

person reacts because they like say for example if I'm selling the 3000 or $5000

package and say oh it's $5000 I'm going to get an easy thing Oh it's too much and

then I'm trying to sell them on No no Yeah yeah you don't want that You don't

need to do anything Don't say anything and just wait whoever talks losers Oh Michelle serious question Then obviously

I know you've got other things I know you mentioned you've got your auditing going and to get those things

in place realistically for you because you know your time in your schedule how long would it

take just to put some few of these things in place if you haven't done some of this

stuff already wow Oh wow Well that's what I'm trying to figure out It's kind of

like in the evening Right But then I got to do the shopping So let's

say in Michelle's case again you can correct me if I'm wrong Michelle is obviously doing work as well

at the same time full time So by the time she comes back again um

she has to be something there will be times where you're gonna be exhausted you have other stuff going on

and they've got dinner to do you're moving your friends family other external things that are your control

But as long as Michelle is always grounded and I think I have to come back to the thing

that I want to be doing that's going to kind of fire my boss essentially

right So even if it's an hour even if you can slot in 30 minutes or two an

hour towards that thing then he will never disappear from your mind But the moment

you leave one day that one day becomes two days and that two days becomes three days

and then and then the question will come back well I'll start tomorrow but when that

day does come it's like where do I start Because there's no structure You haven't

broken it down yet and then you'll play on that mentally You'll play on that one thing that I

haven't even got a breakdown of where do I start and then that will manifest in such a way it

will it will exhaust you mentally and drain you where you never actually begin because you're still

stuck on that one thing You're still for example if if you come next to the

next session on Sunday Black Michelle did you create a breakdown now stressed I don't know

where to begin It happens with 100% This happens with everyone and it is So what I want what I

do want Michelle to do at least for next week Just make five bullet points Where do

I start Five bullet points Make more if you want but just five If you then when you do your

five your structure just five bullet points If you feel like you know what I

could do more now do more That's fine But I just want five That sounds good Is that

reasonable Yes it's reasonable Okay That's it That's it That's it That's it Because what

you're gonna find I'll tell you I'm gonna predict what you're gonna find because it's only five It's like it's

digestible Now your brain is like whoa If that sounds a bit easy right Just five things Five

things Sometimes we need people to tell us exactly like go and do this right Sometimes we do need

a bit of a boot in the in the in the in the beehive right And it's

nice then you've got accountability Now now everyone is expecting you to have those five things ready for

next week Mm hmm And I have five things to do I'm working on those things

It's you know is this related to what we're talking about online marketing the same place that I had in

place my youtube channel facebook page Okay What Okay have a breakdown Those five things

whether you've got the written down or not but slightly expand on them then like

a paragraph or a diagram And then when you come on next week we will look at

the best way of prioritizing which task first to get you closer because if you've got multiple different things

going on then sometimes what will happen is you will you will be yeah but what what will

happen You will actually get stuff you will freeze on Where do I start first Which one

is which one is going to be the best So sometimes you know what I think it would be

a good exercise if you don't mind I mean it would be great if we get to talk about

that next week If that's if you want if not then we can do this privately

And the main thing is sometimes a little bit of clarity will help you help you unblock

any blocks It will unblock any blocks if that makes sense In your in your in your

pipes Does that make sense Sometimes it's that one little thing that's just holding you back and once that

clog is cleared up you're like whoa well everything is now nicely moving ahead It could

be that just one little thing that you just stuck on and sometimes it's nicer to be

stuck on that one thing because it's scarier to get started on that thing and

make mistakes which everybody wants to avoid right Because once you get started then it's

all accounted rule now It's like it's like a movie You know you're not going to watch a movie

right And not watch the whole thing You're not going to do it in bits

are you So sometimes I mean this happens to many people that they think no

it's either one or one extreme or the other Either I start it and do it

properly or don't start at all But sometimes that's what that's that's the issue Sometimes sometimes

you can just do a little bit Yeah that's what you're saying But like I'm

working late in the evening because it's the audit now So I don't get home till about eight Mm hmm

If I was gary v I would say hey you gotta hustle until three a.m. I'm

not gonna say that So So it's safer gambling Michelle's case It was somebody that you

know if I didn't really care And I was Again somebody made someone from the other perspective you could

say if I did care I would tell her to come back at 8:00 and get her stuff ready

You know go eat what she needs to do and then straight away just go do

an hour there's two perspectives to it Somebody can say no you have to Michelle because this

thing is gonna free from what you're doing So you don't have to finish at eight o'clock work

until eight o'clock Right Right Then the other side would say Michelle Okay that's fine Look if

you are working obviously you have it comes with its own stresses You have to

obviously come back Sometimes you're mentally exhausted in your dream So sometimes you know it's you

may stay for a short period with the auditing So if you can every day maybe

a half an hour then at least half an hour or do some reading around that topic So

you know you're still involved in it So there's always going to be two perspectives but ultimately it

comes down to you and your and your desire your actual desire to fulfill what

it is that you're doing online only You know what it is right You know what would you want

to have You know they always say how bad do you want to have I need

to get two hours in because it's likely I'm not saying I'm just saying correct me if

I'm wrong it might be likely you come back you have your dinner right And you watch

two hours of Netflix I don't know you might enjoy yourself you might do something that you

know you have some time and you're like and then generally what will happen at the end

of it Say for example there's somebody that comes back and watch netflix I mean I've done this

time Well I think two hours I just waste money in someone else's pocket You know this is this is

something I always try to remind myself that there's a movie on or something like

this Hey I'm I'm Burt and I don't you don't need to be extreme first and foremost Don't

be extreme If you want to watch it watch it do what you gotta do but be responsible for

it then don't don't get upset that if you're behind by two hours but remember you're putting money in their

pockets there's this thing possible which is nothing so true source to relax here It just wants

to sleep eat and that's it and procreate these these are the main things If you remember these things

right Sometimes you have to be in control of it you know that's telling me hey man

they should watch a bit longer Like who the hell is this person and the fact do you know that

voice in your head It grows up with you at different ages Did you know that when I was

a child I was a child and so forth So it grows with its a real

fact So you know what again everyone is on their own path And again Michelle you know uh you know

yourself what you need to do Likewise whether it's me joe Cheryl Patricia jim nick everybody's accountable Everybody even coming

on this sunday cool now for example there's a reason everyone's giving up their time to come on

this court For some people it could be for you know the the the social aspect of

being around like minded people # two Um there's that learning aspect I need to better myself

I need to be around the right people you know like there's some questions I

can answer I didn't know about this so on and so forth And number three it could be

another good thing is to reinforce what it is that you're doing Why but also not only reinforced

but to give you that boost off any drugs all day then it's likely you're

going to go down the route of doing drugs right If you if you're a car person

you'll be talking about cars all the time So you kind of get the gist of what I'm saying

So if you're talking about bettering yourself you're you know you're trying to better yourself

your lifestyle You're trying to better your business You're trying to better your yourself you know mentally physically spiritually

whatever it is and you're around people like that then you will you will be a reflection of

you know the main five people you hang around for example so everybody everybody is here for but I don't

know what the hell is wrong in life in general All right Cheryl your life Go ahead

and she's good Um that's okay So um some people don't realize sometimes even these say for example these

sessions right Sometimes it's not always this is one thing everyone's again this is subjective

but I'm not gonna say I'm only gonna say from my perspective sometimes we can

talk about you know we talk about strategies that we talked about You know you can bring

your questions For example submit questions anything you're starting to johnny will ask questions we'll ask questions

you can ask questions so on and so forth And you know you can probe them we

can I can try to answer the best that I can from what I know I know

everything No I wish I did But no if I if I said that then I would

be disingenuous Alright but we learn from one another and that's the main thing right It's a place

that ah you get you come right and it's a it's a place where you feel comfortable where

you feel valued Yeah That you get to share what it is that you want to talk about first and

foremost It's not just about strategy There's that person it has to be there has to be a

personal element otherwise it's not fun It's like it becomes it becomes like everybody else is out

there They might you know I'm just saying with the enemy there might be people who later down the

line and say hey you know what I just want training training training training I don't want I don't want

all the personal stuff there's many other groups for that and that's fine But you want

to at least come on a call where you feel uh it's it's a community

or it's a family that's the main thing right And you know you you feel that there's a you know

you feel a sense of love what a powerful thing right So hopefully that is there and you

know that everyone should be encouraging one another to do better That's the main thing So say for

example if you tell Michele get those five things it's not we're trying to you

know put her under pressure but we care about you What um that's what we're talking about I

wrote a list I would like to ask you a couple of questions when we

have a chance and I think we're done for the day by jim I was trying to get in like

a list on exactly what we were just talking about Um but what I'd like to ask you is about

a software program called convert it dot com convert it dot com Okay great and very helpful You're

trying to buy that It's like me and trying to buy that Yeah well no I haven't bought

I'm bringing it up but you need a link you need a link It might sound weird but

convert convert convert it ah convert it is it um conversions and calculations center It would be it's a

mail program I think it's a because it works hand in hand with L A Mentor in

Wordpress Um I should have got the U R L And it might just be converted as one word

Um Oh I don't know that's not necessarily the best way Um Software converted software Yeah I know

the only thing will come up converted dot com is conversions and calculations center Alright okay I will

I mean you could get this stuff I'm pretty sure there's products are quite reasonable actually

I mean $9 Yeah this is the $1.9 I was on the street Yeah So

I mean something like this I mean I already have a comparison to this that

would work fine because I'm pretty sure there's other marketplaces you can get But this one has quite

a few bits and bobs isn't it Foreign interests since since you have your own server you can install

cmd Okay I said it's in the link and the Charles Baxter to self host transponder It's very

cheap and I can do it You're absolutely right I actually have auto responders built into my servers and

you know I mean I can put it into any website is more feature of the I'll do in

the future But my worry sometimes organization um with with these with these kind of email marketing apps

right Sometimes the mail list however next to amazon simple email services and amazon 6000 emails per month I'm

trying to find something that does much of what we need in one place and that it could

work well within a a Wordpress environment That's Those are the two things I mean

at the moment You know what honestly just have a simple altar responders and if you have a

page builder we have you know we've got one within Lme keep it basic at

the moment when you when you're when you've got money coming in when you've got you know

uh you're generating an income from the online business Yeah If you were upgraded by these

fancy tools then go for it But you don't want money going out enough address and prove different

things Everyone has their own questions that you can come and address Does that make sense

thing I mean again the you know um once you're once you've got your foot on

the ladder and you're going through the training or the content then the calls will

become much you you they will make much more sense because you're not starting from a place of unknowing Does
