    it is the third day of family week at Orangetheory you know what I'm feeling pretty

    good I got to say my wife it does ask me how I feel and for

    third day it feels pretty good my tankiness if I was to describe it that the environment

    the environment is a lot different to this before that I got screens and you know someone that is

    encouraging you giving instruction and it forces me to you know approach proportional workout weight differently than I

    would have a long time ago I'd never went to a gym or anything I would work

    out at school with weights my coaches would encourage me and sometimes those instructions will

    be you know just like rough you know do it harder or run faster and

    this is one structure and the program is set up in a way that is

    that they want to maximize your performance your health and your ability to burn calories with my
