hi everybody hope you're enjoying your Friday evening and what I would like to do is if everybody could just

share a little bit either it would be best by video but if you don't

feel comfortable second to that do it through audio if you really uncomfortable do it by text but it

would be nice for people to hear your voice or see your face because we don't all know

each other so part of Spiritual Development is not just that I give you sort of a teaching and you

just follow that I mean I'm going to do that but it's really important that we get to know

each other and there's that personal aspect what I'm hoping is is we sort of introduce ourselves that

we'll find a Time on Zoom when we can get together and have a virtual coffee

and in the future I'm hoping that maybe maybe we can plan a retreat or a get-together

or you know actually physically you know and make this a really safe and good

place that we can all develop so that would be really great it may sound like you know I'm not

you know where's the Spiritual Development but part of that is getting to know each other being comfortable and then

learning how to align with heavens love how to get rid of all the fears and the negativity some of

that's going to be done in group some of it will do one-to-one each one of you with

myself and we'll we'll make this journey together so looking forward to everyone's introduction take care of

everyone
