We delved into the works of Richard Houghton, discussing his books on the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Faces, Cream, and his most recent publication, 'The Guitar Has Seconds To Live: A People’s History of The Who.'
We also explored Gered Mankowitz's captivating photography of iconic figures such as the Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Jimi Hendrix, Small Faces, The Yardbirds, Chad and Jeremy, among others.
Additionally, we had Glenn Mitchell share his experiences of performing Beatles tributes with the Cavernites, as well as recounting his memories of the Beatles and other seminal British artists.
Another fun podcast on British Music Memories, and we thank our guest Nancy Diane King for coming on the show. She shared her memories of meeting various British artists and some of the interviews she has conducted, along with live performances she has attended.
