    I'm Philippe Swamy. I'm the customer
    success manager here at Kiflo.

    Kiflo is the first PRM specifically
    designed to meet the needs of growing

    SMBs. Our customers are predominantly
    independent software vendors.

    They don't have massive amount of
    revenue in order to invest in partner

    management. So this is where we step in.

    We actually help them streamline
    their operational processes a lot.

    We were struggling to track which
    customer we need to work on,

    which customers have
    some tasks we need to do.

    And the onboarding process were just
    too complicated. Before Custify,

    we were using some spreadsheets,

    some notepad features
    that were there online.

    We were using some boards, et cetera,

    to kind of manage how the onboarding
    is going. It was all manual.

    It was nothing backed by,
    you know, data, events.

    After eight months being on the market,

    we had too many customers and we
    couldn't track it on a spreadsheet.

    With Custify,

    we wanted to predominantly identify
    customers that were on the onboarding

    process. We had to identify what
    needed to be done with them.

    We were also trying to increase retention,

    essentially trying to identify customers
    whose activity actually decreased on

    Kiflo. Using functionalities
    like health scores,

    we could identify customers
    that needed our attention.

    We could contact them in
    order to increase retention.

    It allowed us to be more proactive
    on a daily basis and also kind of

    automate everything around it
    from automating tasks, emails,

    and the process just became really
    streamlined and really helped us become

    better for our customers. Our
    onboarding process is more defined.

    The tasks are more defined.

    Lifecycles has allowed us to track the
    whole onboarding process and also has

    allowed us to add more value to each
    of the customers that we're onboarding

    Custify has given us the tools and
    knowledge to understand and help our

    customers along their journey.

    The ability to multi-task has just gone
    through the roof and we can just take

    care of customers, do other things,
    daily job, or you know, responsibilities.

    And, you know, it's just made it really
    easy. Custify, Kiflo shared same values,

    and we just saw great fit.

    We went with Custify and it's just been
    kind of smooth sailing because of the

    team, because of everything
    that they've done for us.
