objectives in the creator economy In this episode we will go through a tailoredplan to drive higher productivity levels and channel and focus your most productive work intoyour most productive processes Before we get into that I encourage you to sign up for the part timedigital business newsletter This is free to you It is a weekly training guide week to week Ipublish 1 to 2 relevant curated training guides that will help you If you're looking to grow yourdigital business you're looking to build a better content system There's a lot of productivity tips and trainingin there You can find links in the description for that Now let's start with buildinga personal productivity blueprint No other place does the Ancient Greek aphorism of know thyself apply then inthe realm of personal productivity the first step is assessing your current health and productivity When do you work bestWhat distracts you what depletes you versus what energizes you So are you better in the mornings Areyou better in the afternoons Are you better in the evenings It's important to figurethis out and it's important to understand this this will lead to increased activity which is number two thisis where you want to keep a journal You can do this on your phoneyou can do this on paper do this for one week to start and see what patterns and insightsyou can uncover start with establishing some clear goals for you what you're seeking to accomplishand then create action steps from those goals A sequence of specific actions that bring those goals to life Let'ssay you want to start writing newsletters and create a newsletter so that there's your goal create anewsletter one time a week We'll use mine for instance Saturday at every Saturday at 9 a.m.Now you need to create a sequence of steps for that So what are thesteps for that They're very simple I need to write the article I need to put it intoa newsletter format and I need to email that article out Those would be myfirst steps Then what will happen is you'll find different steps within those steps ofcalls to action of how you're putting things together I go through this process in the content production systemstep by step course you can find links in the description for that if you are lookingto go to that next level quickly but you want to use the flexibility of remoteworking to work with your natural energy cycles OK Very important You can comment downbelow Let me know what you do Let me know how you work through your processes Isit a lot of steps Is it a little bit of steps always interested to see what other people aredoing and how you are being the most efficient Now you want to tackle high concentrationtasks during those peak hours of focus and those peak times lower energy tasks when you'relikely to be less alert make sure you're taking breaks in between to refresh 10 minute breaks 20 minute breaksyou and visualize what you are producing OK visualize what's being put out there You can use notion you canuse Trello I personally use Apple Notes and Google Notes Google Keep I use bothof these Google keep I use for business Apple Notes I use for more personal stuff but thisis how I track everything and how I move through all of my list and my processes every day Youwanna make sure you're tracking this and you wanna make sure you're hitting your targets OK The best way tohit your targets is to write things down on paper Look at what you've accomplished in in reflection and thatcan motivate you to continue on Remember too if you're getting value here make sureto follow make sure to subscribe It really helps us push up the content Also hit the bell becauseyou will be notified before everyone else When new content is published on this channel let's talk about uhsurviving OK More than surviving your systematic efficiency processes After you learn your flow and your rhythm of personalproductivity you want to uh fortify those daily work systems and you want to continue to increase your efficiencysystems Eliminate the need to make many decisions all the time They're saving you mental fatigue they're maintainingcreativity where needed How do you do this You develop a routine that includes things like batching tasks automating repetitivetasks with different tools You can use tools like Zer There's if tt there's a I there'schad GP T clad gemini And depending on when you watch this video there will be probably 100 morethat you can utilize The trick is find what works within a few tools and really master those tools andutilize those tools I use A I to come up with article scripts I use it to comeup with topics and then I go in and I make it my own and Iadapt it and I adapt around it and I use different tools like Zer to automate emailprocesses and I could go on and on But the point is you want tofind what works for you and get good at those processes to save yourself hours and hoursevery week So a good motto I like to go by if it takes less than two minutesjust do it Now Don't put it off don't write it down and say you'lldo it tomorrow It's really how to prevent all those little tasks Piling up my thing that I liketo do personally is as I'm working through processes which is a constant thing I will write small notes inmy phone for the next day As soon as I get up as soon asI get to my desk I'm doing 10 small things They can be updating banners on themobile version of a course going into an article and fixing this fixing this fixing these linksI get all those things out of my mind The first thing then I can focus onthings like this recording videos writing article scripts publishing newsletters all of the more heavyprocesses You can also use templates This is another blessing As soon as you can develop them for your commonworkflows use them to save hours of time It's just as vital to protect your productivitysystems by setting boundaries Get good at saying no really guard your time only if it's the right timeto do something to take something new on is when you should do that only if it will bebeneficial and not take away from everything else in the long term Now the creatoreconomy there are many digital tools that you can utilize We're not going to getinto them all but we're going to talk about the framework OK How can you increaseyour productivity Your job is to isolate the tools that work best for your flow not get overwhelmedwith all of the tools you can as we know you anytime you go on any socialmedia and you've looked at one thing you're going to get bombarded with ads and a lot ofgood ads that are very tempting to buy don't get sucked into that work through the process first beforeyou get into the tool Just some good advice manage the projects your workflows There's many different thingsyou can use like KBA you can use Adobe to design and then take your design processes plugthem into your social media programs programs that I use New link Hype Fury You can findlinks for this in the description You can find links for this on my site I teachon some of these products as well Why Because I've used them for years Theyfit into my system and they save me exponential time I would not use somethingpersonally if it added more time even if it increased quality slightly if it addedtoo much more time I would keep the quality where it is and continue forward Because me spending two morehours to put out 5% better quality is not going to make a huge bit ofdifference to my audience to my target audience If it would add 20 or 30% quality then that's that'sanother way to look at things So just to give you some ideas and metrics thatI use and don't forget it's not about sort of filling your toolbox as much as you can withas many tools as possible It's more about the process you're using to design the process you're using to createSo go back to your tool stack make sure that everything you're using is serving a purposeAnd there's often times when I will go clean and figure out OK I don't need this tool Idon't need this tool I don't need this tool Now a time management right Asmall hack for time management is in terms of thinking about productivity You wanna set a daily schedule obviously foryourself This includes blocking out time different types of work There's many different techniques youcould do and all kinds of fancy names But it really comes down to setting a schedulethat works for You start in the morning spend your 1st 30 minutes doing thehardest things the next 30 minutes the next hardest things and so on And you cando hour blocks or two hour blocks depending on the tasks at hand The important thing thoughis to have a schedule set and be tracking something on some level using yourcalendar to plan tasks around when you have the most energy this will definitely fluctuate throughout theday and you probably won't get it right right away But you'll get good at fillinggaps and you'll get good at understanding what needs to go in those gaps So you can havethe best chance of success Long term It's easy in the beginning because you're excited everything's movingquickly But when the further you get the longer you get into it you'll hit a certain area and youcan find and I'll pin this in the comments for you to get into the reality check videoin the different phases When you hit these certain phases is when things can maybe start to getstale So you wanna make sure you have your systems and your processes in place when youhit these moments you don't run into any of those problems now to sort of wrap this up Keep inmind that productivity it's not a place where you get to necessarily it will always bechanging There will always be different strategies different mindsets different processes you can work through what's working for you rightnow may not be the best process in a month or tomorrow or in ayear You just have to be open to those changes And that continual refinement of the processes keep yourself incheck new routines new habits that you set in place Always be willing to adapt and experimentand adjust certain things Remember the pain it takes to change that thing Think about the time you'regoing to save in the long term it's almost always worth making the change if the timeis there that is going to be saved If you want to get a little bit deeper into thisI have links down below different programs that we are that I'm currently offering content digital products The mostimportant things I believe anyone who wants to have true success Long term wants to look into wants to getinto and you want to set up for yourself So check the description for those links and I'llsee you in the next one
