Okay, we're on to your second favorite app that you think

every store owner should have Claudia.

And let me know if I'm saying it right,

it's Navidium and tell everybody what Navidium is.

    'Cause it's absolutely so cool.

Because I think this app can add more profit to almost

three quarters of the orders you get.

    And who doesn't want that?

    That's kind of amazing.

So can you tell everybody about Navidium?

Yeah. It's a package protection program,

but it also acts as an up-sell.

So you're inviting your customers on the cart page to add,

    you set the percentage.

    So it could be,

    you know,

people usually do anywhere from 1 to 3% of the order

gets added on automatically in the cart page.

And that covers ensuring their package.

So if the package is lost,

then they're guaranteed that you are going to replace it.

And you as the business owner,

with the extra money that you're collecting,

    you're creating,

    you know,

a fund that you can use to replace lost packages.

    Yeah. And but the,

    the reality is,

is that the app generates more money than is needed to

    pay out.

So it's really a revenue generating machine that's just automatic.

    Yeah, It's actually kind,

    kind of shocking.

This first came on my radar when one of our mastermind

members told me how much revenue she had generated from Navidium.

    And I was like,

    that's free money.

    And she's like,

kind of free money because I almost never have to replace

    a package.

    It's so seldom.

And so this really solves a couple of problems.

It allows you to get some extra profit in the order,

in a way that makes sense to the customer and it

also provides the customer that extra confidence that,

    you know,

if somebody steals the package off their porch or the package

    arrives damaged,

that they know it's gonna be pretty much hassle-free to get

    that replaced.

    Exactly. Yeah.

And so why do you think,

'cause this is something you've recommended for store owners at all

stages. Why do you think it is important for,

for our people who have stores at all stages from startup

    to high volume?

I think with smaller stores that are starting up,

    that they're,

    you know,

unknown that this provides consumer confidence at checkout,

    you know,

    that's like,

    well, you know,

    you know,

what happens if my package goes wrong,

    you know,

    or it doesn't,

    it, you know,

if I'm buying something from Amazon,

I know that I've got recourse,

right? But maybe buying from a smaller business,

    I don't really know.

So this is just added confidence,

    I think,

for the consumer to know that it's guaranteed that their,

    you know,

package is gonna be replaced if it's not delivered.

    Yeah. And,

at a really low ticket for them,

what's another $2 or $3 on their order?

    Yeah. Whatever it is.

And so how much is this app?

Oh, well that's a good question.

    It is,

    there's a,

    it's tiered.

    So there's a free plan.

So that's why I think it's great for startup businesses because

there's no cost for the app up to 50 orders a

    month, there's no cost.

    And then it goes,

like, if you're up to 500 orders a month,

    it's $29 a month and then,

    I don't know,

    a thousand,

it might be $49 or something.

So it's got a few tiers to it,

but it makes it very affordable because you're gonna cover that

cost with the revenue that you are generating from the app

itself. But to start out with,

    if you're a small store,

it's kind of a no-brainer 'cause you keep all the revenue

that you're adding up to 50 orders a month.

    And so we,

we went to give examples to people who are watching this

that we went to some of the members of our mastermind

    and asked them,

'cause many of them use it,

what kind of results they get.

And I see Lisa from Kheyleve has told you that it's

really rare that you lose a package and,

    and that she only has,

is it 29% of her customers opt-out?

So, let's talk about that for a minute.

    It's pre-checked at checkout.

    That's the recommendation.

And that seems to work well.

But the customer has the option of unchecking and not opting

    in. And as Lisa said,

    in her experience,

    about 29% opt-out.

She said sometimes people will ask her about it,

customers will ask her about it.

    When she explains the benefit,

then they want to keep the,

    keep the option.

But I think what she feels what is most important and

others that I've talked to is: it's the customer experience.

It's you as the store owner knowing that you are covered

    in these,

    you know,

tragic situations when somebody lost their package and the customer is

irate and getting to you that you've accounted for that in

    your business.

So, it just changes your attitude about dealing with those,

    with those customers,

    and helping them out.

Because you anticipated that this is a tiny percent of what

    can happen in business,

but you've got a solution to,

yeah, provide the best option for your customer.

    And Lisa,

I'm just looking at the notes here.

    So Lisa has generated $1,800

in extra revenue since she installed it and she's had two

claims. And then I'm looking at Michelle Smith who also has

a product that can get damaged quite easily in shipping.

    And she owns Mama Suds.

And her notes say that her replacement expenses are only about

So who wouldn't do that all day long?

Exactly. It's just adding digital revenue to your bottom line and

having a great customer service perk.

    Yeah, really good.

So, whether you're brand new or you've been around for a

    while, if you don't have,

    I think,

is it called Navidium Package protection?

    Package protection,

    yes. And I think I,

    that's how I pronounce it,

    Navidium. So,

    I think that's right.

    I think we're right.

    So that's,

and there's a download with this training,

so you'll absolutely get a list of all the,

all of the links to these apps.

But I would say that this is a way to add

pure profit to almost every order you get.

If only about 30% of people are opting out,

then you're really in a good position to add to your

bottom line when you use this app.

    Yeah, I agree.

Let's move on to the next one.

    It's a good one.
