when it comes to Spiritual Development it's so important to have a routine this is why I keep popping up

every day at the moment just to remind you to get into that routine we get so focused on

this world the things that happen and it's developing a lifestyle of just learning to stop to breathe and

to ask Heavens love to bless and fill you every day the best time really

to start is in the morning before you meet the day so I just want to encourage you to

take those moments and just even just you know have a cup of tea here's mine and I'm just

sitting down taking some moments just to breathe to rest and just to ask Jesus

to ask the atmosphere of heaven to wrap around me to fill my day and let

me flow whoa in the in that love instead of the negativity so hope you have a lovely
