I'm Andrew Reyes. I'm the team lead in the Consulting team. I've been with Finc3 since 2016, so just over

five years. It was the first actual position I took when I moved to Germany. At Finc3

in the beginning I started actually as the Office Manager. I had a lot of experience doing

copyrighting in the US, writing descriptions and different things so that allowed me to do SEO work.

So I started to do that for different clients in English as a native speaker and after a little

while doing that then I started doing campaign management for Amazon as well. And then finally

now, as a consultant, and now a team lead. So I think right now in the

Consulting team we cover all of Europe, including then markets like Turkey, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, which are

markets that amazon has expanded to recently right. As well as the US and

generally North America and we cover every single market and not only those markets. I mean, we also

cover Japan and some of the markets in Asia and Australia. So it's quite a large

amount of countries and markets that we can cover and on Amazon, obviously, but not only Amazon right

as well as Ebay, Zalando any kind of marketplace that you could imagine. It could be that they

want to launch products and we want to take a look at a market analysis and see: "Okay it doesn't

make sense to launch this product? What kind of competition are we looking at? What could we expect

when we launched the product? And how difficult can it be?" That's more of

the strategic side, but it can also be the operational side, right? Okay, we want to launch this

product we have to get it loaded into the marketplace and make sure that we have the

content optimized, the SEO content, that we have the creative assets everything ready to go for that product and

make sure that we roll that out and that it's what we call retail ready. So that's the

it's ready to go on day one. The company culture is really nice. Everybody is super

nice and super knowledgeable and I think what really impressed me, especially as an agency,

everybody really is involved in the topics and very hands on, which is something when I've worked in other

similar agencies was not necessarily the case. Yeah we know what we're doing, because we've done it right we've

gone through it and we've really worked through all the topics all of the different areas. There are

people that have worked on the topics firsthand as opposed to just knowing the theory

behind it and that allows us to really be experts which you get that vibe

as soon as you talk to somebody. You understand right away you're like: "okay this person knows everything. This person

knows what they're talking about". There's such a wide array of people that could be suitable for

a Consulting position. I think in my opinion, and also my experience, it's not

always what you know, it's kind of how you are. It's very important that

you have a specific kind of personality. That you're driven, that you're curious, that you can pick things up quickly

and that you have this strive to want to do more right and you want responsibility and to want

to be involved and to want to understand this kind of personality trade is the most important.

Of course people that are involved with ecommerce already, have a lot of interest in

analytics or understanding business, of course they have also relative skills for it. But that paired

with a really solid personality of this "why" kind of question would be, is maybe,

the best combination, the most the ultimate combination. It's hard to say no to a candidate

    that has all of them.
