so Kirsten you've got something amazing to share with the group today and first of all

they start volunteering in our Cafe and then you tell me a bit about why

you even started volunteering start off I was thinking about a food parcel because I'm in a crisis

but I felt like positive Pole from this Cafe that's why I asked you to

do wrong tree which is the second effect yeah and when I spoke to you as if I'm wrong

tree I felt a bit more better when you said yes and he said can I

cook which it was a great great positivity and then when I started on Thursday Wednesday sorry it

was great maybe did the training amount loans and friendly people so then we and you also

we started chatting about the spiritual side because I know without going into too much detail you

had a lot in your life and - a lot of stuff so suggested coming to the

meditation so we and it was actually just for you guys actually it was the

one that we recorded yesterday and put on the group now if I just skipped

straight away because we don't want to keep these guys all day because we're all busy and but we

want to get the the nuggets in so afternoon when you are meditating yesterday what happened in the

cafe because I went to meditation yesterday I do what has one was like it was so

much to feel like it was so wide so one more weight so when you were meditative what

happened I was when you say the words of like the rain propagate the waterfall the

waterfall was like a warm feeling and it was like Unconditionally Love that I never

felt before okay which it was and so when you say about the light in heaven what happened

next he felt the waterfall you felt you're walking through only love because that's what I

felt like the grass was so soft and green and then was just gonna get in

any sort of and Gates yeah and life's which is really bright or made you think it

was Heaven it's the smell is really bright maybe it's amazing really writes like it should have shown my eyes

really bad you saw someone there who did you see my see my brother with all and the

prayers were really loud and okay just stop you there because you said you now that you said prayers

why is that important what was your nana like on the earth she was very she was

really close to God in church when she was alive yeah she was a very special woman in church

but in a good way in which is a real good way vibrant very so

when you have this encounter with this heavenly realm you saw your name on it when you

say you heard the prayers what was happening tell everybody about that it was it was bringing

my childhood like she had Faith yeah when I was a kid you know and it was amazing

so you've heard prayers of all around me and the bear with with open arms

and this guy she fell fail of Merry laughter and you know something guys that that is it when when

we encounter heavens unconditional love we feel not we feel whole yeah and I think you know you've

ever since last night and this morning we're doing volunteering all I can hear is oh my

gosh oh my God that was amazing how do I describe that it's hard to put

into words it says I'm you feel very warm very warm very warm very nice yeah which I've never felt

before amazing thank you so much so very much thank you
