huh is about 943 or so I'm getting ready to go to bed but before I go to bed Imade it through another day I made a mistake yesterday yesterday or the day before I don't knowjust everything is kind of being mixed up but I thought that I was onday 5 but I was really on day 6 so that was yesterday I didthey six yesterday so today is day seven now remember I said that I started exercising before I madethe plank and I so I think I've made it a whole week doing 30 minutes of exercise a dayor more in some cases in which I engaged in a variety of exercises I did what is calledThe Gauntlet I wouldn't walk a certain way and along the way I would do exercises I've shown thosethat do different exercises that I've done I went to the playground I've done some extra thingsI've been to a do a restoration restoration part shoenberger near my house I've gotten up early togo on a proximity 40 to 45 minute walk to visit my cousin my wife it'sadventurous and it served as motivation for me to just you know do something different and dosomething about my weight how I feel about myself and this is mostly this is definitely mostly aboutmy health the whole thing about how people perceive what I look like their impressionsof me their it's criticism I don't care about that there are things that I dowhen I'm exercising that if I was to worry about what other people are thinking about me I wouldn'tbe able to do what I need to do to feel good about myself andthat's the biggest thing that's the biggest thing for me right now how I feel aboutmyself and what I do to help myself feel better I'm can I continue this yes I can I needto make sure that there is purpose that I said gold because that was incredibly helpful I got to meetpeople along the way I got the guys always I feel like I always talk about my wife and Igot to spend time with my wife it's fantastic this has been a very interesting week I likeI said I forgot about my days are mixed up my days of thinking that it was they thought theythey 5 when it was a six and I'm at this point so I am happy tosay that I am done I'm gonna put to you to work out I am going to doa podcast on my experience and if you have been fortunate to kick out YouTube you know see my dailyadventures and some of the activities that I've done it actually sizes that I experimentedwith check out YouTube don't be a stranger it's gonna be at counts care Co un s CA re alltogether at counts care I'm also on Tick-Tock that's at four counts underscore care and of course Facebook youknow you can kick me out under my name flash Welch variety of different ways so I'm goingto go to bed I am tired tired I am success I feel success and Idid it and I feel a difference my eating I'll talk a little bit moreabout this but thank you everyone and I hope that you find something that helps you feel good about yourselfand not just do something different do it but do it because you think you feel goodand that you are happy take care everyone
