    huh is about 943 or so I'm getting ready to go to bed but before I go to bed I

    made it through another day I made a mistake yesterday yesterday or the day before I don't know

    just everything is kind of being mixed up but I thought that I was on

    day 5 but I was really on day 6 so that was yesterday I did

    they six yesterday so today is day seven now remember I said that I started exercising before I made

    the plank and I so I think I've made it a whole week doing 30 minutes of exercise a day

    or more in some cases in which I engaged in a variety of exercises I did what is called

    The Gauntlet I wouldn't walk a certain way and along the way I would do exercises I've shown those

    that do different exercises that I've done I went to the playground I've done some extra things

    I've been to a do a restoration restoration part shoenberger near my house I've gotten up early to

    go on a proximity 40 to 45 minute walk to visit my cousin my wife it's

    adventurous and it served as motivation for me to just you know do something different and do

    something about my weight how I feel about myself and this is mostly this is definitely mostly about

    my health the whole thing about how people perceive what I look like their impressions

    of me their it's criticism I don't care about that there are things that I do

    when I'm exercising that if I was to worry about what other people are thinking about me I wouldn't

    be able to do what I need to do to feel good about myself and

    that's the biggest thing that's the biggest thing for me right now how I feel about

    myself and what I do to help myself feel better I'm can I continue this yes I can I need

    to make sure that there is purpose that I said gold because that was incredibly helpful I got to meet

    people along the way I got the guys always I feel like I always talk about my wife and I

    got to spend time with my wife it's fantastic this has been a very interesting week I like

    I said I forgot about my days are mixed up my days of thinking that it was they thought they

    they 5 when it was a six and I'm at this point so I am happy to

    say that I am done I'm gonna put to you to work out I am going to do

    a podcast on my experience and if you have been fortunate to kick out YouTube you know see my daily

    adventures and some of the activities that I've done it actually sizes that I experimented
