Arcadia district is going to be the first master plan community in one of the fastest growing

nodes of the city of Toronto We're in a studio we're filming for Arcadia district The

hottest project coming to Toronto this fall the province has designated this particular area to be

a growth hub within a kilometer radius We're expecting over 10,000 future units in a 2.5 kilometer radius We're expecting

over 23,000 future units coming across 35 developments Arcadia is really development that talks about the transitive nature of city

and we love the idea of transit as a driver or development Having Arcadia District located immediately

beside the Kipling mobility hub offers a really unique opportunity because now you're connected to the three major employment centers

in the GT A that is Mississauga downtown Pearson and downtown Toronto because it's four towers between all four

We knew that there would be a community feel the amenity offering at Arcadia has been put together as a

club and you as a tenant you are gonna be buying your one unit in your building but you're

gonna have access to four buildings amenities We have an entire spa that's equipped with cold plunge sauna You're

gonna have the pool you're gonna have the hot tub Ellis Dunn was really keen on having

a fitness space that felt real It will have every piece of equipment you need

including cross training and crossfit On top of that we developed the 4700 square foot co-working space There are open

and social co-working spaces There are enclosed private meeting rooms We've also decided that we're going to use arches very

very traditional form to mark entrances The arch that you see at the front entrance of each building

really kind of inspired us to see that as the gateway to the home between the buildings What we done

is we've actually created half arches to mark where the retail spaces come out The community as it is

right now is already terrific You've got a wood fire oven pizza just down the way

you've got Freebird Cafe right there You've got Farm Boy like these are all great amenities that everyone

is going to have access to when the project comes online Outside of all of

these amenities are large expansive outdoor spaces Essentially we've created an elevated part You don't

really need to go outside on ground level you have everything you need on the terraces that each building provides

in the process of designing the suites The commitment made by the Ellisdon Developments team was to ensure that the

spaces are not only officially designed but they're designed in a way that is very livable

suites in the building start from studios and go all the way up to three bedrooms

with sizes starting at 380 square feet and going up to over 1000 square feet

Arcadia District is partnering with SM A Appliances on this project So we're excited about that Traditionally

we've always worked with architects and designers to create our products This is very unique in

the industry We pride ourselves in our iconic collaborations with luxury brands like Dolce Gabbana Fiat

Supreme Fo and we're thrilled to be part of the Ellis Don Legacy brand in the Arcadia District project Very

rarely do buyers in the GT A have the ability to purchase from a who is also

way And we wanted that mix to be there So the project could appeal to as many

different people as possible and become an integrated community after completion
