    I just want you to pause and just sit in a place maybe you've got a cup

    of tea take a few moments just to breathe and just be present where you are just take some

    nice deep breaths and just notice where you are and then I want you to do is just close

    your eyes and breathe and just be present deep deep breath notice your body notice where your sat or

    your lying down or wherever you are and stop and pause and then come back in the room we're

    going to build on that but if we're going to meditate correctly we've got to

    be present with ourselves at least to begin with as we practice to be mindful

    and also to align through meditation with heavens love right I got to go feel free

    to introduce yourself share a little video about yourself if you want or what you're

    hoping to get from the group and it's a safe space so yeah and every anything that's discussed in the

    group stays in the group take care of one talked
