    away day one of my exercise Adventure I made the pledge to exercise for 30 minutes a day after school

    for seven days for week this is the first day even though leading up to this first day I've been

    doing it consistently for four days this first day was successful I was able to get

    out go for a walk with my wife and along the way if you did not listen to my

    podcast along the way I exercise I would walk and then I will combine my walk with some

    sort of exercise well today I worked on my on my on on my toilet my muffin

    top so when I'm walking every third step up stretch to the side to the

    side I found myself doing that a lot more because I did a lot of

    exercise the days before and my legs are kind of tired so I didn't want to start bending down and

    stretching like I did days leading up to this day did a little bit of fast walking it

    was cool outside that helps build that I burn more calories when it's cold or pool outside I

    like it when it's hot actually but I take whatever weather and this is what the present with the weather

    presented for me today I made it I did I think it was a little over 30

    looking forward to tomorrow now I'm going to watch one of only see ya
