    Oh personal transformation by any wise Find a comfortable position to sit in and close your eyes before you begin

    the meditation Take a few moments to be aware of the issue or problem that

    needs transformation Consider what it is you want to change transform or hell put that in the back of your

    mind and leave it there Then allow your mind to clear allow yourself to let go of any expectation

    no or anticipation and become completely present right here right now And focus on your breathing

    breathing easily and deeply easily and deeply breathing relaxation into your body and breathing away any tension breathing

    relaxation into your mind and breathing away any thoughts Remember what it feels like to

    be relaxed Remember what it feels like to be in your state of meditation Remember

    what it feels like to let go Yeah Making sure that the muscles of your face are

    relaxed your head neck and shoulders making sure that your arms and hands are relaxed

    your chest and stomach back and spine the whole of your torso completely relaxed Your

    hips and pelvis are relaxed Taking the relaxation down both legs all the way to your

    feet and toes Your whole body is completely relaxed Your mind quiet and still emotions calm and clear

    Mm Spirit peaceful Mm deeper and deeper inside inside Yeah gently scan your body to make

    sure you're not holding any tension Shine allied through it Notice any areas that are darker than others

    breathing relaxation into those parts of you When you inhale and breathing away detention When you exhale continue relaxing your

    body until you can see the light throughout and from this place of deep peace and relaxation You

    can begin to allow some images to occur in your mind Imagine or create a healing environment It could be

    in the horse or outdoors Walk around in this environment notice the colors the shapes deforms be

    aware of the texas the atmosphere the temperature sounds the smells even the tastes explore this environment Using all of

    your senses making any changes you want to make adding anything you might need for your health and well being

    create a space that is secure serene and safe Now allow yourself to find a comfortable

    place within this environment to sit down and allow yourself to go into a very deep meditation It

    might even begin to be a feeling of falling falling into relaxation falling into warmth falling deeply into yourself

    deep deep down within yourself you can very gently and easily begin to get in touch with that part of

    yourself that needs healing transformation or change It may be the issue that you originally thought about before this meditation

    began or you may find that a deeper more meaningful issue comes forward ready to be healed Allow yourself to

    find some way to allow this part to manifest for you It could be through a symbol and emerge

    body sensation A feeling the sound or even a voice in your head Or it could simply

    be a sense of knowing that that part is present My boy You can if

    you wish begin to allow yourself to dialogue with this part you might want to ask it

    how it's feeling How long has it been there Mm Is this a new issue or a

    very old 1 And what does it need or want from you What role or purpose does it

    play in your life Mhm Mm The boy Yeah Yeah Yeah What needs to happen for the transformation that

    you are seeking to occur Allow yourself to begin to centralize this change transformation and

    healing Beginning to take place using as many senses as possible Experience what it looks like

    what it feels like what it sounds like even what it smells and tastes like for this

    part to be transformed or healed in the way that you wanted to be in the way

    that you know that it can be Allow yourself to live the experience allow yourself to take a few moments

    now on your own and meditate Mhm Okay Oh no Mhm On the mm Yeah

    In your own time when you are ready gently begin to allow yourself to look into the future centralise yourself

    in the future after this transformation has already taken place Yeah Yeah Well yeah before you

    complete your meditation take a few moments to give your appreciation acknowledge that part for all the hard

    work it has done for you Yeah Mhm Yeah allow the part to respond to you

    ask it if there's anything else that it wants to say to you Mm Mhm Jack To

    see if any other issue have been stimulated Are there any other parts inside you that want to say

    something to you Give them an opportunity to communicate Mhm In your own time when you already begin to allow

    yourself to find the closure for your meditation you may wish to make an inner agreement to check back

    inside yourself at some future time to continue this process Or allow yourself future opportunity to

    meditate And he'll take a few moments to crystallize your experience in a few key images words or

    phrases Bring these up with you when you re awaken from your meditation
