    I'm loathe to move parts of my body like my feet or my legs because

    they just so relaxed sitting in the position they're red and I don't want I don't

    really want to move change the way they feel arms are moving out of their different to what they

    were I was just in a state of almost total relaxation almost unconscious and what a couple

    of points there I could feel my old Consciousness just fading out to a point

    where there was a Blackness but I didn't quite get there there was still that little

    tiny bit of noise going on but I almost got there it's wonderful
