Yeah I'm Thilo. I'm working at Finc3 since March 2018. I started as a

Junior Digital Analytics Manager and I'm now the Head of Analytics at Finc3 Marketing Services. We call

ourselves Actionable Analytics, because our philosophy is that we want to build reportings, not only

to build reportings with numbers flying around, but marketers and businesses want to take actual decisions based on data.

So our clients, I would say, typically have a really good idea of what they want to achieve with their

business. They are best at their business and they just know for example they want to increase

the customer lifetime value of their customers in marketing and our work at Actionable Analytics is basically

translating this need into reportings. Finding out which data from that client can be brought together and how it

needs to be visualized in order that our client eventually can increase the customer lifetime value based on the

reportings that we provide. We mostly work for example with Microsoft Power BI. We work

with tools such as Google Analytics or mixed panel in the Web Analytics and Mobile Analytics area.

But we also occasionally work with automation tools like Microsoft Flow, with other analysis, towards just as Excel. I really like

about working at Finc3 that your own development is pretty much based on your strength and

interest that you have. We are pretty international. So English is our company language. I really personally like

that when I came from my studies abroad and started working here. So I really

like the collaboration with a lot of international colleagues too. If you're a bit of an analytical detective and you

like working with numbers. If you're also a bit of a challenger that you like challenging ideas. Also like

to proactively to communicate to clients and also push them to get the best out of the data they

have then I think that's a strength or skill that really suits the work of our unit.

If you have solid skills with Excel that's already a really good start. Whenever you liked working

with statistics, with analysis, with analytics during your studies I think you already may be

a good fit.
