it's so good to come into the countryside and just take that moment to be

mindful to be present and be alone that sometimes we find in life people don't like

being alone and it's a really good thing to kind of put into your routine alone time where you

know I like to just come up here up the hills I come on my little moped I don't know

if you can see it down the bottom there I think maybe you can and I just like to

take time even if it's just for an hour just to breathe be present and notice and

be mindful around the countryside and if you've got access to the countryside that's great if not find a park

and just sit be so many people find it difficult just to sit and be and if we're

talking about our Spiritual Development you're not going to be able to get very far if we can't you

know work with these practical things just breathing being still noticing the the place where we are so I'm

going to walk up this hill and if you'll just join me I just want to take a few deep

breaths and we're just gonna breathe notice Where You Are and actually feel the breath was only walking as you

do that the you know the oxygen is going to your muscles it's going to your

blood it's enhancing your physical well-being really notice your breath and as we do that

even now I can sense as I'm breathing as I'm still I'm starting to notice that Heavenly love

just wrapping around me with no effort without trying to get to it but just by being being still being

Mindful and being present in the moment have a lovely day and if you want
