all right day to I just came back from another 30 minute walk not think this was like 20minutes I did sets of 20 40 60 depending on the exercise as I waswalking my path remember I do it bluntly so along the path along this thiswalk that I do I do different exercises at different points so so depending on how I feel and difficultyof the exercise that I do I will choose to do 20 40 or 60 reps sofor example when I'm walking at some point I did arm rotation as I'm walking I will go forwardand then I'll go back always go for that one I did I did 40 40Front 40 back high knees I did 20 on each leg because the guys today I did highnoon and I do like a Russian hike it that's what I call it and I don't mean to beinsensitive or anything but there is this marks a Time I see a military dude from a countrywhere they you don't have it like straight leg and then they up up and down up and down straightleg well I modified it to a high knee then I stand my foot out in front of meand then I put my foot down I did 20 of those so I'm figuring out the exercises I'm lookingat eating better and at some point I'm going to go through my meal the thingsthat I that I choosing to eat that are helping me with that could help me sothis is day 2 of cold outside a little bit but I got my walk in I'm happy staying withit DIA
