    all right day to I just came back from another 30 minute walk not think this was like 20

    minutes I did sets of 20 40 60 depending on the exercise as I was

    walking my path remember I do it bluntly so along the path along this this

    walk that I do I do different exercises at different points so so depending on how I feel and difficulty

    of the exercise that I do I will choose to do 20 40 or 60 reps so

    for example when I'm walking at some point I did arm rotation as I'm walking I will go forward

    and then I'll go back always go for that one I did I did 40 40

    Front 40 back high knees I did 20 on each leg because the guys today I did high

    noon and I do like a Russian hike it that's what I call it and I don't mean to be

    insensitive or anything but there is this marks a Time I see a military dude from a country

    where they you don't have it like straight leg and then they up up and down up and down straight

    leg well I modified it to a high knee then I stand my foot out in front of me

    and then I put my foot down I did 20 of those so I'm figuring out the exercises I'm looking

    at eating better and at some point I'm going to go through my meal the things

    that I that I choosing to eat that are helping me with that could help me so

    this is day 2 of cold outside a little bit but I got my walk in I'm happy staying with

    it DIA
