The Lucy Show - Lucy And the French Movie Star (1967)
A European movie company fronted by a famous French movie actor comes to Los Angeles to set up shop. Mr. Mooney's plans to land their account are nearly scuttled when Lucy becomes inebriated on French champagne.

Lucy talks Viv into buying a run-down cafe. Unable to attract even a single customer, they transform it into a gypsy tea room and then a Colonial themed restaurant – all to no avail. When Mr. Mooney learns a highway will be built nearby, he offers to become a partner.
A couple who own and run a cheap motel have to put up with an assortment of weirdos who rent rooms there on a Friday night.
