    yo yo yo waiting for news what a day this is day 5 yes I exercise for 30 minutes

    went out for a walk with my wife also walk around school I walk with students I give to

    that I go outside of school huh my body is feeling good but I feel a gradual soreness everyday I

    get more more more sore if that makes sense my joints okay you'll put a gentle

    it all right but I think along with the ages just my muscles getting tighter stronger

    if that makes sense I'm doing a lot of lower body work I'm doing some upper body through the upper

    body of doing push-ups off of steps or on the ground or on Rails or something

    so I'm not going all the way you know down to the ground I'm doing push-ups from different things

    at different levels so my weight I'm I'm pushing my weight that this is this is

    really really really cool well makes this especially good is my eating I notice that

    my eating habits are the same but I'm not eating big meals I'm fasting I've always did did a

    fast and it's feeling good with the with the exercising I think the fasting the types of food that

    eating and exercise is making a difference so I'm doing it five days tomorrow's going to

    be six days and I'm looking forward to figuring out what I'm gonna do next thank you guys

    I am so happy that I am making it through this challenge that I set

    for myself and I will see you guys soon hasta
