Fifth Avenue socialite Irene Bullock needs a “forgotten man” to win a scavenger hunt, and no one is more forgotten than Godfrey Park, who resides in a dump by the East River. Irene hires Godfrey as a servant for her riotously unhinged family, to the chagrin of her spoiled sister, Cornelia, who tries her best to get Godfrey fired. As Irene falls for her new butler, Godfrey turns the tables and teaches the frivolous Bullocks a lesson or two.

Snafu writes to Sally that he is going to the South Pacific. The letter is censored and he unsuccessfully tries to mail an uncensored letter. On a Pacific island he dreams that he was successful but that the Japanese got the information and set a trap. He awakens and realizes the danger of revealing information.

In this feature, we see the continuing adventures of Tiger and “Master” as they battle the evil forces of The Grand Master. “Master” has been training Tiger long and hard for the fight against the invaders from Japan and has finally revealed the secrets behind his origin and the ties to the Grand Master.
