Okay. App number three is reconvert,

and we've talked about reconvert Before Claudia,

tell everybody what the Reconvert app does.

    What is it?

    So Reconvert is a post-purchase up-sell or cross-sell.

And what I like about it is that it shows the

offer after the customer has finalized their purchase,

but before the thank you page.

    So they've made the purchase.

Then just before the thank you page is displayed,

    it's like a,

an offer pops up on the screen.

And what I like about that is that it doesn't interfere

    with the checkout process.

    Right. You know,

sometimes I think people get turned off when there's a pop-up

    on the cart giving,

showing an offer and can interrupt that flow of someone checking

    out. And yeah,

so that's what I like about it.

What I like about it is it allows you to make

    more money.

    Yes. Without Doing anything extra,

without having to do absolutely any extra marketing or any make

    another offer.

It's just product that you already have that you're offering after

    the cart.

So I like it for that.

Now, you recommend this also for people at all stages of

business. And why do you think that it's something that every

store owner should consider and add to their store?

Well, it is inexpensive to implement the,

    it's also a tiered pricing.

So for somebody who is a startup store,

    it's only $4.99

    a month.

    And, you know,

    adding, you know,

    increasing their order value,

generating more revenue is very affordable then.

    Yeah. And yeah,

and it's easy to set up and there's quite a few

different options that you have to show so you can show

a product and I think that,

    you know,

having a no-brainer offer showing a product that is going to

only add about 15 to 20% more than they've just purchased,

and then that net price is discounted.

    So, you know,

say if your average order value is a hundred dollars,

you don't want to add more than a,

    say a $15 offer.

    And then if that offer,

the regular price of that $15 is something like $25 and

    it's, you know,

you discounted it by 40% or so,

    then it's a no-brainer.

Right? I don't have to think if I'm gonna save 40%

    and I'm,

I've just spent a hundred dollars and I'm only adding $15

    more. It's kind of a no-brainer.

So, let me just be clear though,

so you can make this offer with a discount or without

    a discount.

And the question I have is,

    is there an ability to,

like, is there a function where if I buy this particular

    product, that's in my cart,

I always offer this particular product as the upsell.

So something that actually would be the natural best fit for

    the product they already bought.

    Is that,

are you able to customize it that way?

Yeah, there's a whole bunch of customizations that you can offer.

You can actually offer them as,

    you know,

an additional product of the same that they've already purchased.

    So, you know,

    if it's a consumable that's,

    you know,

that might fit that audience or a compatible product or a

    specific product,

and you can also configure it.

So depending on what their cart value is,

what they purchased in the past,

    you know,

there's different options for a logic for configuring that offer.

    It's, it's pretty flexible.

So you don't have to just say,

oh, this is a one size fits all for everyone.

You can actually customize it for what's in their cart.

And I think about that and think,

    okay, if you're an artist,

you could easily add a digital file for the art that

they bought and maybe charge $7 or $8 for it and

    they'll pick that up.

Or if you do sell something that's consumable,

    like coffee or something,

    you know,

something that people will use again and again.

You could offer another bag of coffee.

Or if you sell jewelry and you have something that is

collectible, you could offer something to add to their collection.

    It's really good.

    So good.

    Yeah, Absolutely.

    Yeah. And then I,

another benefit of Reconvert is that,

    guess what?

    It integrates with Klaviyo.

    Oh, good.

So you can customize the thank you page.

So what happens with the app is that instead of seeing

    the regular thank you page,

you're going to see a customizable thank you page that looks

like the one that served on Shopify,

but you can add widgets to it.

    So you can add another,

    you know,

    show the offer.

You can show another offer on the thank you page.

Or my favorite thing to do is add a opt-in to

    a birthday club,

sign up for a birthday club on that thank you page

so that way people can sign up for a birthday club

and get automatically added to Klaviyo.

    That's really good.

So, and if somebody wanted help with that,

you could help them with that Absolutely.

    For them.

But our clients have had some really good results with,

    with Reconvert.

And so you have a couple of stores that are your,

your clients that you've worked with them on this and do

you wanna share some of the results that people are getting?

Yeah, I have a store that has overall increased their revenue

by one and a half percent over like a year time

receiving over a thousand accepted orders.

And that's a convert with the conversion rate of people opting

into the Reconvert offer of four and a quarter percent.

    Wow. So,

    Yeah, so think about that.

That's a thousand more orders of product that you didn't have

to invest one dime in marketing to that customer,

    that customer was already there.

And this app at the lowest level is $4.99

    a month.

    Really good.

    Yeah. Okay.

    I think for higher,

I think for higher volume stores it's maybe like $9.99

    or $14.99

    at the most.

    So it's still,

    it's super reasonable,

    really Affordable.

    Okay. Yeah.

Do you have an example for us?

    Yeah, similar.

    Another store received 62 off,

    you know,

    accepted sales,

which increased their revenue by one point a half percent with

a conversion rate of 5% of people.

    Wow. Taking the,

    taking the,

    the up-sell offer.

    Yeah. So,

so really this is a no-brainer.

    This one,

    you just have to,

and you might have to like,

    you know,

jooj it around a little bit so that you get the

    right offer,

the offer that converts the best.

But there are all sorts of options.

    So guys,

whether you are a new store owner or a,

    a long-term store owner,

    go for it.

Go ahead and get this app and then start thinking about

how you can use it in your business to get more

sales from the customers you already have.

    It's a great one.

    Claudia, ready to move on?

Let's talk about app number four,

because I think it's one that most people don't have.

    Okay.
