Thank you guys so much for joining us today to talk about lot 16 I think

especially in the last couple of years we've all really wanted to connect with nature And so I think

we really get that here in lot 16 especially the terraces given our experience and that we

have constructed a number of these projects We found a way to maximize the construct ability

of the project to such that your homeowners will be quite happy At the end of the

day There's so much here between the winers and restaurants that you mentioned that there's always something new happening and

you look at Saints and it's future was gonna happen in the next 1015 years

I mean this is the perfect opportunity to to get into the community The way we always positioned ourselves was

put ourselves in the shoes of a first time home We're just thinking OK how do

we design something that's attainable but also beautiful and purposeful We didn't want it to be just another past to

townhouse We wanted it to be current and when people come in it does feel fresh

and welcoming We made it you know this kind of refined simplicity that people could really

make it their own It's in a unique location close proximity to downtown Saint Catherine's to

nature to trails connecting to highways You're a few minutes away from the ghost station I think that

word connected is so precise for lot 16 because you're connected to so many different

things we talk about Brock University which is you know globally renowned university There's also

Niagara College that's nearby There's really not a lot of housing options for those students either kind of has

everything working in its favor
