Ok so my name is Thomas Hyland, our company is Birmingham Electricians Limited

and we specialise in completing cost effective full house rewiring in two days.

We have a five man full time team so there's six of us. So we're not that cost effective at smaller jobs, but

we like to think the cost of its for the bigger jobs such as full rewire.

We're extremely experienced, me personally I'm up to 2,500 domestic house rewire.

four or five days for us in a sort of gap in the market, they ever had enough men and

could train them up to have the sort of expertise that I've got that we could complete a 5 to 8 day process in two days, and that's what we've been doing for over 10 years now.

We don't take any deposit for materials or a booking fee or anything like that.

Our payment terms are payment upon completion to satisfaction of customer.

So we don't take any money until the job's done and the customer's happy with the the work, certification has been issued and the job is clean thorough as well.

We're lucky enough the the way our business model is that we've got enough pairs of hands to sort of tidy up as we go and occupy properties that might have furniture around

and stuff like that, it's mainly because we we've got the enough hands to be able to keep

on top of it because it is a, it is a large job that we're doing to

Everything we do because we are members of the NIC DIC has to be up to regulation.

It's all fully tested thoroughly checked at the end of it. So we know when we walk away that that everything's up to core regulations.

What happens normally is people come onto our website and they read through our sort of information, if they need a

rewire and they they want a quote from us. They fill out an inquiry form that goes to our office.

Our office will liaise with me and them will organize a good time for

me to go and get a quick look at it. We send them a fully itemized

fixed quotation from there via email along with some additional information about our rewiring service
