This video provides a hands-on walkthrough of Cal.com's white-label capabilities on the free Individual plan, where the branding features are visible but locked. It starts with Appearance in account settings, which sets light or dark themes for the dashboard and booking pages, then covers Customize brand identity, which sets brand colours for the light and dark themes plus a corner style, and Disable Cal.com branding, which removes the Powered by Cal.com badge; both carry a Teams badge and are locked behind Upgrade on the free plan. It then shows the public page at cal.com/iwhitelabel with the logo, name and two event types, and the thirty-minute booking page, whose footer carries the Cal.com wordmark. The video also shows the Teams page, which lists Remove Cal.com branding with Teams and Orgs badges, the team setup form with a team logo, name, URL and bio and a live preview of the team page, and Billing, Plans: Team costs $12 per user a month billed annually and includes Remove branding, the Organization plan at $28 includes a company.cal.com subdomain, and Enterprise is custom.
This video provides a hands-on walkthrough of Plutio's white-label capabilities on the free seven-day trial, with the white-label add-on listed as active at $9 a month; it's an add-on on Core and Pro and included on Max. It starts with Branding, which takes a main logo for light and dark mode, a square logo and a favicon, then covers the custom domain for your own portal address and custom sending email through Gmail, Outlook or SMTP. It then shows the login page design editor with logo, background, title and button colours and a live preview, the workspace colour palette with twelve themes plus base, main menu, button and palette settings, and a global stylesheet for custom CSS. The video also shows email design with the Acme logo, a navy header and a teal button, a draft invoice for Northwind Co that carries the Acme logo and reads From: Acme Agency, and the workspace opened as the client sees it: the portal greets the client with Welcome to Acme Agency under the Acme logo, Projects shows the same navy menu with no Plutio branding, and the logged-out page reads Login to Acme Agency with the Acme logo and a teal button.
This video provides a hands-on walkthrough of DashThis's white-label capabilities on a 14-day trial. DashThis trials normally leave out the white-label options; the vendor switched them on for this review. The Dashboard Manager holds a Clients group with two client dashboards. The first, iwhitelabel Agency Overview, carries the agency logo and a custom colour theme named iwhitelabel, picked in the Colour Themes panel alongside preset themes and a second custom theme. At the bottom of the dashboard the 'Powered by DashThis' mark stays visible, with a 'Remove DashThis brand' link that leads to the white-label options. The Northwind Studio dashboard has its own logo and theme, so branding is set per dashboard, one per client, and Dashboard options include Edit Currency and Language for that dashboard only. Share a link gives clients a view-only page on dashthis.com with no login, and that view keeps the Northwind branding with the 'Powered by DashThis' footer. Share by email sends from notifications@dashthis.com, with a 'Use your custom domain address' link, an optional PDF attachment and a schedule from once to daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. Export as PDF saves the dashboard under an editable file name, and each dashboard can be protected with a password. White Label Options asks for a CNAME record pointing to custom-domain.dashthis.com, with one custom domain per account; reports.iwhitelabel.io is entered, and Test validity and Apply are only hovered, so nothing is applied. The optional sender email field stays disabled until a domain validates, and 'Powered by DashThis' is only removed after that. Users Management lists one user with an Invite user button and no roles, and the admin app itself stays DashThis-branded. Plan & Billing lists White label options on every plan shown, from Professional at $139 to Enterprise at $664 a month, billed yearly.
This video provides a hands-on walkthrough of SocialPilot's white-label capabilities on the Ultimate trial, shown on Subscriptions at $200 a month with forty social accounts and unlimited users. It starts with White Label, which opens on the Branding tab next to Domain and Email and Integrations, with a live preview on the right: the brand name is set to iwhitelabel with purple primary and secondary colours and a navy sidebar, and the logo, favicon and login page image are added, so the dashboard preview picks up the logo and purple buttons. It then shows the Login Page preview with the iwhitelabel sign-in screen, and saving, after which the settings sidebar turns navy right away. The video also covers Domain and Email, for a custom domain, a custom sender email and policy links, and Integrations, for a Google Tag Manager ID, both locked on the trial, and Migrate to White Label App, which stays disabled until domain verification and the required branding fields are done. The main app opens on onboarding with purple accents but still shows the SocialPilot logo, and client and report pages need a connected social account, so they aren't shown on this trial.
